Professional or Pro Piezo?
Two real differences. The Pro Piezo lights itself - one click and it is melting solder in under 30 seconds, where the Professional needs a flame to light it. And it carries more heat, 15-75 watts against 10-60, with adjustable temperature control. If you are picking the tool up and putting it down all day, the Pro Piezo earns its extra money. The Pro Piezo is also ESD safe, which matters if you go near electronics.
Both run a full hour on one fill. The Kit versions add the tip range and a carton to keep them in - four tips on the Professional, seven on the Pro Piezo.

Using it for repair work
Fit the hot knife tip and these melt wax fill sticks into a repair - the method most touch-up techs use now. The T-7 fits the Professional, the PPT-10 fits the Pro Piezo. Both sold separately.
Note this is a different technique from traditional burn-in, which uses a catalyst head and a flat blade. If that is how you work, look at the Iroda SolderPro with an S-31 or CT-16 head instead - it is not that one tool is better, they are two different methods.
